Developed by Fair Train, achieving the Work Experience Quality Standard enables us to stand out as an organisation dedicated to offering fair, supportive and high quality training. It also supports us in demonstrating our commitment to putting young people at the heart of our organisation, and reinforces our position as a sector leader
Going forward, the self-evaluation processes at the heart of the Quality Standard will help us to develop our provision and, ultimately, grow our team. Such recognition is a credit to our dynamic and committed team – from designing work experience programmes through to their delivery, and delivering them and supporting people as alumni as they continue on their journeys.
